Shaurav Kumar Upadhyay is a Global Talent Acquisition-HR professional with over six years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. In his previous roles, he supported employees during the onboarding process, via case management and ticketing, background verification, rehire eligibility checks, preparation of offer documents for candidates, liaising with the background check & worker eligibility team, payroll creation along with sign-on bonus corrections/coding, handling employee issues and grievances, managing time and attendance of employees, verifying and performing data entry in multiple systems, and supporting payroll correction. Shaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from St. Mary's Group of Institutions and a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya Trimulgherry.
